Future Choice Recap Ep 3
KBS 2TV’s new Monday-Tuesday drama “Future Choice” has fallen to third place in ratings amongst shows in the same time slot. The drama saw a smooth start, placing second in the ratings race on Monday with ratings of 9.7%.
The second episode of “Future Choice” broadcast on October 15 had a nationwide rating of 8.6%, according to a Nielsen Korea ratings report on October 16. This was a slight drop of 1.1% points from the first broadcast, causing the drama to drop to third place.
Also in the same timeslot were SBS’ “Suspicious Housekeeper” retaining first place with 11.1% and MBC’s “Goddess of Fire, Jung-yi” airing back-to-back episodes with 9.0% and 8.0% ratings.
Kim Tae Woo lends his voice again for another drama soundtrack!
The OST track My Lady includes the talented Kim Tae Woos smooth and pleasing vocals. The emotional song captures the essence of falling in love as Kim Tae Woo confesses his true feelings for someone special.
The track will be the second time Kim Tae Woo and FNC Entertainment come together for an OST since the release of High High for the drama A Gentleman’s Dignity.
The first trailer has been revealed for the upcoming KBS drama, Future Choice (also titled Marry Him If You Dare) featuring the lead cast Yoon Eun Hye, Lee Dong Gun and CNBLUEs Yonghwa.
Future Choice is a new kind of time slip drama about a girl Na Mirae who struggled her way up to become a television scriptwriter. She returns to the past to aid and advise for self development.
Yoon Eun Hye Can't Choose Between Lee Dong Gun and Jung Yong Hwa in First Trailer for "Future Choice"
The first trailer is out for KBS upcoming drama Future Choice, or as the English gods over at KBS would like to call it Marry Him If You Dare, and its a cute one.
Future Choice will be about Na Mi Rae, played by Yoon Eun Hye, who is a bright, lovely call-center worker that one day meets a person who claims to be her future self. Na Mi Rae decides to follow the advice of her future self and find a new path.
The trailer sets up the general plotline of the drama, putting its lead, Na Mi Rae at a crossroads between the man she should love and the the man she wants to love. Lee Dong Gun plays the man she wants to love, announcer Kim Shin, and Jung Yong Hwa plays the man she should love, Park Se Ju. Who will she choose? Start watching October 14 on KBS.
On September 18, the first stills of Jung Yong Hwa on the set of the upcoming KBS mini-series “Future Choice” (also known as “Mi Rae’s Choice”) were released. KBS mini-series “Future Choice” follows the story of Na Mi Rae who is a bright, lovely call-center worker that one days meets her future self and decides to follow the advice of her future self to build a new life.
Jung Yong Hwa plays the role of Park Se Ju who is a smoothly charismatic VJ but is actually an undercover boss as the grandson of a broadcasting station representative. After graduating from an American film school, Park Se Ju returned to South Korea to start his career.
Jung Yong Hwa said: Even though I was really nervous before my first shoot, the atmosphere of the set is so enjoyable that, receiving the positive energy, I was able to easily focus on my character. I think fans will be able to see me expand my acting to my hearts content. . . . To the utmost of my ability, I will give my best effort.

Lee Dong Gun plays the role of announcer Kim Shin who is abrasive but principled. When under stress or angered, the announcer resorts to cursing up a storm. In the released stills, announcer Kim Shin had gone out to gather material for a morning show piece and ended up being doused with a bucket of water. This particular shoot lasted over three hours, but staffers were impressed by how Lee Dong Gun threw himself into the role and gamely endured being repeatedly soaked with water to capture the right shots for the drama.
Lee Dong Gun said, “With a great director and writer, awesome seniors and fellow actors, I am having such an interesting and fun time filming. The script is so fun that, before I started filming, I had fallen completely into this world. Now that filming has started, I can feel the reality of this world, and it is really interesting. I am working hard so that viewers can also directly see this joy. Please look forward to our first episode.”

Yoon Eun Hye plays the lead role of Na Mi Rae who is a bright, lovely call-center worker. Though she has to deal with various kinds of customers and has suffered painful situations, Na Mi Rae tells herself that she is doing okay and keeps her spirits up by chasing the scent of her dream. One day, Na Mi Rae meets a person who claims to be her future self. Na Mi Rae decides to follow the advice of her future self and forge a new path.
At her first shoot, Yoon Eun Hye showed that she was completely immersed in her character and acted without any NGs. Yoon Eun Hye showed that she was a veteran actress by checking the monitor to see if she turned in a touching performance.

KBS 2TV’s new drama series Future Choice has been unveiled. The production company, Anex Telecom, released a photo of all members of the staff and cast reading the script together. In the photo, Yoon Eun Hye, Lee Dong Gun, Jung Yong Wham Han Chae A, Choi Myung Gil, Go Doo Sim, Oh Jung Sae, and Lee Mi Do are seen to be in attendance. An official of the production company said all the cast members concentrated on reading the script for four hours without showing any signs of fatigue.
Yoon Eun Hye was completely absorbed in her role as Na Mi Rae, a bright yet dignified character who tries her best to achieve her dreams. Lee Dong Gun will play an MC named Kim Sin, who is rough and assertive.
The writer, Hong Jin A, says, “The story is based on what I imagine it would be like if I went back to my past and gave advice to myself. I hope this drama will help make everybody happy.” The producer, Kwon Gye Hong, says, “I have high hopes for making this the best drama ever because we have the best cast ever. I’ll do my best.”
