Kim Soo Hyun first tried his vocals on screen in 2011 when he starred as the character "Song Sen Dong" in the drama, "Dream High". He performed the title song "Dreaming", which later went on to win a musical award in Korea. In the 2012 hit drama, "Moon Embracing The Sun", he went on to take the lead in singing its theme song, "Only You", which found its way into major pop charts, pushing his popularity to a higher point. Apart from drama productions, Kim has also taken on roles in movies such as "The Thieves" and "Secretly and Greatly".
Kim Soo Hyun"s management agency, Keyeast Entertaiment revealed, "Following the popularity and positive responses of Kim Soo Hyun"s dramas and movies in recent years, we have received many proposals to hold a fans meeting locally and abroad. As a gratitude to the love and support from his fans, Kim Soo Hyun will embark on a fans meet tour to engage with supporters across Asia, starting from Seoul in March."
To commemorate Kim"s maiden memories with his fans, Keyeast Entertainment decides to name the tour "2014 Kim Soo Hyun Asia Tour 1st Memories in Singapore". The tour will commence in Seoul and stopover Taiwan, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Japan, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia.
Ok Taecyeon is going to test his acting skills even further because by him playing the character Kang Dong Hee, this role will put his acting skills to test. Playing as a bodyguard as well as facing the role as a troubled guy is going to really challenge Taecyeon compared to the previous roles he"s played. While the story line is considered warm, this is only going to be seen at the end or close to the end of the series; the beginning and middle, Taecyeon will find out that his character seriously has "family issues". Also, Ok will also know that his character maybe a husband of two children. On a recent press conference last Tuesday, Ok Taecyeon explained how he feels playing Kang in the drama, stating, "I think my character Dong-hee has a lot of charming qualities. He isn"t just a guy"s guy. I think that his personality changes depending on whom he interacts with, be it his older brother Dong-seok, Hae-won, or his mom." Other than him explaining how he feels about his character on the drama, another question came up regarding working alongside Kim who is ten years older than him. Taecyeon stated, "No, it is not hard to work to with her at all. I am having a great time working with her." Age does not seem a factor for Ok Taecyeon as Kim and he are getting along fine while they film the drama. Numerous laughter and fun goes on off-set by Taecyeon and Kim while discussing their scripts together. Kim does not seem mind to working alongside an "incredibly strong" bodyguard.
Filming on-camera and acting can be hard and nerve-wracking sometimes. You will never know when you will mess up by forgetting your line on the script. This goes alongside with K-Pop idols who are taking roles in dramas. Performing on-stage and acting on camera has its similarities because they rehearse and practice everyday until perfection is achieved. Public viewers are watching on television and any mistakes spotted affects the viewer-rating as well bothers the actors, actress, and idol from negative comments if mistakes are seen by the people. Taecyeon explained what it is like to act. Ok said, "It"s fun to become a character and live a life that is not my own."
2PM"s Ok Taecyeon is no stranger to the acting side of Korean entertainment. Taecyeon has starred in many dramas and this current one "Wonderful Days" is not his first. His previous dramas that he were in was on 2013 for the ghost story of "Who Are You". Here, he was a police officer who worked alongside So Yi Hyun.

Korean young actor Noh Young Hak is given a wonderful break to cast alongside 2PM's Ok Taecyeon in tvN's new Korean drama "Who Are You?" According to the release reports in local news agencies, Noh Young Hak was confirmed to be joining the melodrama cast.
The announcement also came from Noh Young Hak's agency, KMeStar, last July 4. They stated that, "Noh Young Hak is confirmed to join the cast of 'Who Are You?' He will play a charming character, Im Sung Chan, who will act as both a bridge and also come in between Ok Taecyeon and So Yi Hyun."
"Who Are You?" is a show that caters a supernatural melodrama genre and tells about the story of Si On (played by So Yi Hyun), a girl who awoke miraculously from a six-year coma and has the ability to see unexplained beings, on the other hand Gun Woo (played by Ok Taecyeon), who only believes in more life form that can be seen, felt and touch.
