JTBC has released two teasers for its new Friday-Saturday drama titled The Package, starring CNBLUE member Jung Yong Hwa and actress Lee Yeon Hee.
The two picturesque teasers show glimpses of the two leads and idyllic shots of France. Lee Yeon Hee will play the role of Yoon So So, a package travel guide, and Jung Yong Hwa will play the role of San Ma Ru, a traveler who goes on this package trip.
The first teaser shows Lee Yeon Hee walking alongside a harbor with the words, You arrive in Honfleur. To the city that has captured the light of Normandy on a canvas, on the screen. Then, Jung Yong Hwa peeks through a shop window with the voice-over, Here. The place where we first met.
The second teaser takes place in a different city. Jung Yong Hwa is sitting on a cable car and the words, You arrive in Saint-Malo. The place where you come to find pirates but end up walking on the beach, appear on the screen. Lee Yeon Hee is seen walking by the beach and riding a merry-go-round, and Jung Yong Hwa looking towards something when the voice-over says, Travel. With your flag down. Freely.
The Package will tell the love story of a man and a woman who start out as unfamiliar acquaintances in an unfamiliar place, and travel together for eight nights and ten days. It is written by writer Chun Sung Il, whose work includes dramas Slave Hunters and 7th Grade Civil Servant, and is produced by PD Jung Chan Geun of The Queen of Office and PD Kim Jin Won of Wonderful Days and The Innocent Man. The first episode will air on October 13 at 11 p.m. KST.
