Spotlight: Park Yoochun, The Successful Idol-Turned-Actor Written by Joyce On September 3, 2014
With his boyish grin and smiley eyes, one would have expected Yoochun to always stick to the role of Prince Charming in rom-coms. Compared to thrillers and melodramas, rom-coms are much easier to navigate for an actor coming from the music scene. But instead, Yoochun has taken it upon himself to challenge his abilities beyond that of a mere flower boy, by selecting projects from a variety of genres such as action thriller Three Days, melodrama Missing You, and now, the at-sea film Sea Fog.
After four years in the acting industry, our resident JYJ actor has finally made his big screen debut in Sea Fog,opposite much lauded veteran actors
Joo Ji Hoon has played a prince more than once. He was a modern fictional prince reluctant to marry Yoon Eun Hye in "Princess Hours," also known as Goong." And he played the dual roles of prince and pauper in the "Prince and the Pauper" inspired film "I Am A King."
In those roles he may have learned that being royal does not always make you right.
For his next role, he will play a royal servant who secretly disobeys a wicked king"s orders.
That film is "Gashin," Kim Kyu Dong"s first historical film. The film recently announced its cast of actors.
According to Soo Films, which is producing the film, "Joo Ji Hoon, Kim Kang Woo, Lim Ji Yeon, Cheon Ho Jin and Lee Yoo Young have been confirmed to appear in Gashin

The moment of truth is upon us! Two guys and two girls have made it to the finals, but there is only room for two winners. Are your ideal types still in the game?
The beginning of the last round seemed like a free-for-all, as several of the matches were split more or less evenly between the opponents, with the lead position moving back and forth. However, toward the end, there was one contestant in each match that pulled up front, leaving the other behind to sure defeat. The closer match was between Park Shin Hye and Song Ji Hyo: Park Shin Hye made a comeback late in the game and ultimately defeated Song Ji Hyo by almost 7%. Now, miss A Suzy, EXO Luhan, and “The Heirs” couple Park Shin Hye and Lee Min Ho are the only ones left standing

Im Seul-ong, Wang Ji-hye
It’s a casting bonanza for Hotel King, which has not only secured Lee Dong-wook and Lee Da-hae as its leads (omg My Girl squee), but a whole bunch more to make up the supporting cast.
Let’s start with Im Seul-ong, 2AM idol and budding actor, whose casting makes me aww if only because I seriously loved his bromancey relationship with Lee Dong-wook in their last drama, Mandate of Heaven. (Note: I did not love Lee Dong-wook in that drama, but I loved the guys’ arc from childhood best friends to estranged adults to co-conspirators and teammates.) Seul-ong plays a hotelier (as do most of our characters) at the fancy 7-star Hotel CL (do they even make hotels with that many stars?), and his character sounds like just the kind of guy to make audiences fall for him as the second lead: He’s smart, loyal, positive and hard-working with a heo-dang side that keeps him a little offbeat

25. SHINee "Dream Girl"
SM EntertainmentRelease Date:
February 19th, 2013
SHINee"s been a busy, busy group this year, knocking out comeback after comeback with very little time for breaks in between- so much so that it seems like "Dream Girl", their first video of 2013, came out much earlier than it actually did. The video features all five guys navigating a strange, topsy-turvy dream world while chasing a faceless girl in a painting through rooms where time and gravity have no meaning
