‘Heirs’ Ep18 Scaps: Young Do Likes Eun Sang

By in News posted Oct December 9th, 2013 No comments
On the walk to Eun Sang's house, Young Do runs into her mom. He respectfully greets her. She recognizes him from their first encounter and she notices his uniform. She gestures him to go away, but her kindness moves her to change her mind.

She welcomes him into her home and offers him a meal. While he eats, he is touched by the warm food and her generosity, tears welling up in his eyes. The moment is a surrogate for that day years ago ... when he missed his last meal with his own mother.

Mom asks him if he's Eun Sang's friend, and Young Do confesses, "I like Eun Sang."

Recap: “Old Goodbye,” MBC’s Drama Festival Special

By in News posted Oct November 12th, 2014 No comments

I was one of the many who immediately jumped on the “Old Goodbye” bandwagon when news first broke out that it was due to air this November. Not only was the time travel, fantasy plot interesting, but this drama special is, quite possibly, the only chance we’d ever get to see a true “Fated to Love You” reunion. The staff of “Old Goodbye” involves not only Jang Hyuk and Jang Nara, but also Im Hyung Joon, who portrayed half of the Hamo-Hamo duo, Mr. Choi, and Kim Hee Won, the director for “Fated to Love You.”

As such a big fan of the drama, “Old Goodbye” was a gift. The anxiety of waiting for November 10 to roll around gave way to excitement when I was finally able to push that play button

RECAP: FIFTH RECORD Min-joon saves Song-yi from falling overboard, and as he puts her to bed, she pulls him down to her to give him a kiss. She murmurs, “You’ve gone crazy,” but it’s more to herself than to him, believing herself to be dreaming him up. She hushes him from speaking and sighs, “Yeah, I was too lonely all this time and it’s been hard on my body. I’m even dreaming up sexy dreams now. It’s time I married. Hormones are honest.”Drifting off to sleep, Song-yi curls into Min-joon’s coat for warmth—the one he’s wearing, which pulls him even closer to her. Looking completely out of his element (well, even more than he is, for being an alien and all), Min-joon carefully extricates himself. As soon as he exits, he overhears scary hyung Jae-kyung confirming with his secretary that “it” has been completed, without witnesses, and that if not for somebody being greedy, he wouldn’t have had to do this

Lee Min Ho Talks About Why He Chose ‘The Heirs’

By in News posted Oct December 31st, 2013 No comments

What made Lee Min Ho choose to star in the drama The Heirs?

Even though the drama was a success, many of his fans had worried in the beginning that his role in The Heirs overlapped with the one he played in Boys Over Flowers.

They were similar in that they were both 18-year-olds from a multi-millionaire family, who goes against the parents and falls in love with a poor girl.

Differentiating the two characters was a task for Lee Min Ho to solve.

In a recent interview with Newsen, Lee Min Ho expressed his respect for the drama writer, Kim Eun Sook.

“I thought that when a man is around 26 or 27 years old, that’s when he can pull off both manly charisma and innocent boy’s charm

Well the time has come, “The Heirs” has finished. If you want to cry, we’ll have a moment of silence for those going through early withdrawal symptoms. We didn’t get a terrible ending, not everyone got a happy ending, but it wasn’t too open that left me guessing. I don’t like being left guessing after an ending, it feels so unsatisfying. So what were some major moments and some of my favorite scenes from the final week? Let’s find out.

Won and Hyun Joo Break Up

Can’t say I didn’t see this one coming, we had all the signs in what little screen time our Tan/Eun Sang mirrored couple had

Countdown To “The Heirs” Finale – Episodes 17 and 18

By in News posted Oct December 8th, 2013 No comments

I am not sure what to say about this week’s episodes. It was just one big emotional blur with the occasional comical scene thrown in there. Things have come full circle and though I wanted to throw something at my computer screen, I am glad I didn’t. Fictional characters aren’t worth it, I am trying to convince myself this.

Young Do and Tan’s History Comes Full Circle

What do I mean by this? We know why Tan and Young Do’s friendship fell apart and we found out the moment that they both regretted was when it was Young Do’s last moment to see his mother. Tan regretted not trying hard enough to get Young Do and Young Do regretted worrying more about beating Tan than seeing his mom for the last time. When it was time for Young Do to find Tan, he does everything he can to make sure something like this won’t happen again by making sure Ki Ae was safe then finding Tan and giving them his car

Choi Young Do: More like he got one-sidedly hit by me.
I hit him because he deserved it, but if you want, you can sue me.

Kim Won: Why did you hit my little brother?

Choi Young Do: Ha
