Sinopsis Prime Minister And I Korean Drama
YoonA (Girl’s Generation) and IU will soon be battling each other for the ratings top spot when their dramas debut in the coming weeks.
Yoona will be featured in the upcoming KBS2 Mon-Tues drama “Prime Minister and I.” She will play a struggling reporter who becomes a tutor for the prime minister’s kids so she can get better stories. The drama has been described as the Korean version of “The Sound of Music.”
Having some privacy as one of the top female idol groups is tough. However, when YoonA and other Girls’ Generation members had their photos secretly taken on an airplane, it was reasonable for why the singer would want such photos to be permanently deleted.
On the December 5 episode of “Happy Together Season 3,” the cast of the upcoming KBS drama, “Prime Minister and I” shared their funny and personal experiences that detailed their celebrity life. Girls’ Generation’s YoonA described her story of how she was secretly photographed during a private moment.
Prime Minister and I: Episode 1 RECAP by Drama Beans
We open at a banquet hall where preparations are underway, leading up to the arrival of our hero, Prime Minister KWON YUL (Lee Beom-soo) and his wife, NAM DA-JUNG (Yoon-ah), who greet the roomful of dignitaries with a smile.
But there’s a different story that lies beneath those adoring smiles as the power couple turns to each other… and exchange looks of distaste.
We’re just weeks away from bringing 2013 to a close, and it’s already time to name the Mwave Star of the Week for the final week of the year!
Below are our nominees, so read on and choose wisely!
B2ST may not be standing on stage as one at the moment, but that doesn’t mean the boys haven’t been keeping busy on their own.
While Yoon Du Jun has been making our stomachs growl on tvN’s Let’s Eat, Lee Gi Kwang is set to star in his own drama Twenty Years Old, which will premiere on December 19.
Spotted: pastel oversized coat! The oversized coat has been one of the biggest trends in the fall of 2013. Not only is it featured on the runway, it is also a trend that is apparent in Korean dramas and Prime Minister and I is no different. Nam Da Jeong (YoonA) wears a purplish pink oversized coat with a bow blouse to add a more feminine touch. The pastel colour lightens up the look as oversize coats can look a little bulky and heavy.

On the 26th, the production team released stills of Jin Se Yeon playing two characters in the upcoming SBS Monday-Tuesday drama “Doctor Stranger” that will air its first episode on May 5. In the drama, Jin Se Yeon plays the roles of Song Jae Hee, a North Korean medical student, and Han Seung Hee, a South Korean physician.
“Doctor Stranger” depicts a medical-intelligence melodrama about a massive conspiracy surrounding a genius doctor born in South Korea but raised in North Korea by the name of Park Hoon (Lee Jong Suk) and South Korea’s top elite doctor Han Jae Joon (Park Hae Jin.) Using Myung Woo University Hospital as the background, the drama portrays a story of love and competition with the characters standing in the center of a North Korean conspiracy to select the team members of the surgery team that will operate on the South Korean Prime Minister Jang Seok Joo (Cheon Ho Jin.)

There has been a lot of heated discussions on who should play the lead female character of “Nodame” in the Korean remake of the hit 2006 Japanese drama “Nodame Cantabile” after YoonA of Girls’ Generation was named as one of the actresses being considered for the part. Most people are unhappy with the casting, while there are some who see the potential in the young idol/actress. The reaction was unlike any for casting news for this drama. Joo Won, Dohee, and Bae Yoon Sik have already been confirmed for the drama.

Gag Concert and Foreigners: Not A Good Mix Written by Gaya On August 17, 2014
Gag Concert has a grand history as the longest running comedy show on South Korean television. Beginning in 1999, Gag Concert has managed to keep up with a rotating cast of comedians and new and newer skits. As a sketch comedy show, Gag Concert comprises of “corners” featuring certain scenarios, like Bboom Entertainment and Discoveries of Life. These skits have been retired, though, to make way for new material. And that new material is this (Note: video may not be viewable in your country):
In the wake of Yeongjo’s order to kill everyone in possession of the book that makes him complicit in his brother’s death, Sun finally confronts him with the truth: Did he sign the maengui? Is he Juk-pa and does that mean that everything written in this book is true?
Yeongjo quakes with rage to be confronted with the truth so head-on by Sun, and cries defensively, “‘How afraid were you? How difficult and scary was it? Didn’t someone threaten to kill you? If you didn’t sign that document, were you scared they would kill you?’ If you are my child… IF YOU ARE MY SON—that is what you should ask!”
Sun bursts in to stop the torture, too late to save Ji-dam’s father. He confronts his father with threat of the maengui, now that he has possession of the original document, and demands a stop to the proceedings. Yeongjo just literally walks over the pile of bodies he’s just killed and leaves without sparing Sun a word.
The father-son confrontation continues that evening, when Yeongjo laughs bitterly, asking if he’s to try to rule the nation while feeling on the hook to his son. Which is rather missing the point, honey, if you think Sun would be happy letting you rule while pulling your puppet strings.
In the middle of the night, prosecutor PARK JUNG-HWAN (Kim Rae-won) is roused from his modest single room by his panicked superior, who shows him the latest news: someone who isn’t him has announced his candidacy for the position of Prosecutor General, and he wants Jung-hwan to do something about it.
They both know the man on the front page, as the superior Prosecutor General candidate LEE TAE-JOON (Jo Jae-hyun) fumes that he’ll quit his job as a prosecutor if he doesn’t get that position.
