Jang Hyuk and Jang Nara may be reuniting for another drama, 12 years after starring together in SBS drama “Successful Story of a Bright Girl.”
The two are tipped to star in MBC Wednesday-Thursday drama “Fated to Love You ”(working title) this summer. Both sides are said to be positively reviewing the offer, although nothing can be confirmed just yet.
“Fated to Love You” is a remake of a 2008 Taiwanese drama of the same name. The drama achieved historically high average ratings of 10%, with peak ratings hitting 14.6%, in Taiwan. This would be equivalent to a rating of 70% in Korea. The drama will be produced by Number Three Pictures (“Arang and the Magistrate”) and directed by Lee Dong Yoon (“Queen’s Classroom,” “The Greatest Love”), and is scheduled to follow after Kim Myung Min’s “A New Leaf” in July.

B.A.P. successfully concludes Taiwanese showcase + to wrap up Crash promotional activities this week
After coming back to Korea from their Taiwanese showcase on September 22nd, B.A.P. have informed that they will be wrapping up their promotional activities for ‘Crash‘ this week.
B.A.P is set to conclude its promotions for ‘Crash’ this weekend on September 30th. The British rock-inspired love track was released in August and had been actively promoted by the group since its release.
The conclusion marks an active 3-months stretch for the group as it has been promoting nonstop since the July release of ‘No Mercy‘.

Mwave was given the opportunity to ask NU′EST a few of our burning questions, so read on to see what the boys had to say!
How would you describe your new single [Sleep Talking]’s concept?
Minhyun: ‘Sleep Talking’ is a song with a ‘mystic fantasy’ concept that NU’EST is trying out for the first time. In order to give off a mysterious and fantasy-like feel through the song and our performances, we tried to create a devilish, yet bright feel not only musically, but visually as well.
Girl group AOA will be performing at the “Sundown Festival 2013” in Singapore on November 16 . The festival is a music event bringing together acts from all over Asia, with AOA representing Korea.
The “Sundown Festival 2013” is a music festival featuring pop and rock musicians from Asia. This year’s event promises eight hours of music by artists from Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Indonesia, Philippines, and Thailand.
This will be AOA’s second outing to Singapore, after their first performance at “K-Pop Night Out at Music Matters Live 2013” earlier this year in May. AOA will show both band and dance performances this time around. Drummer Yoo Kyung will take the stage for the first time in Singapore with the group’s band unit, AOA Black.
Actor Lee Min Ho will hold an encore performance of his global tour “My Everything” in January 2014 in Seoul.
“My Everything” was an album released by the actor in May earlier this year as a means to repay the love he received from Korean and foreign fans.
A representative of Lee Min Ho’s agency, StarHaus Entertainment, stated on November 11, “We received many requests from fans to bring back the Lee Min Ho fan meeting and show. We will be putting on the encore show on January 18, 2014 at the Olympic Park Handball Stadium in Seoul.”
The recently released movie The Commitment starring Big Bang’s T.O.P will make its way over to America, premiering in cities including Los Angeles and New York.
The Commitment’s distributing agency, Show Box, announced on November 19 through a press release that the movie will premiere in America on December 6, in over ten major cities.

2NE1’s Missing You was able to take the first spot in 9 major music charts, namely MelOn, Mnet, Bugs, Olleh, Cyworld, Daum, Naver, Genie and Monkey3, in just 8 hours since the track was released on November 20.
Missing You is the third single album the group released this year, following Falling in Love and Do you Love Me. This newest track is a wintery ballad that harmonizes the members’ vocals with low bass beats and piano sound in a rock ballad style.
On November 21 at Midnight KST , 2NE1 released their new track “Missing You,” and it has been topping music charts since its release.
As of 8 AM KST, “Missing You” held the number one position on various online music charts including, Melon, Mnet, Bugs, Olleh, Cyworld, Daum, Naver, Genie, and Monkey3.
“Missing You” is the third single the group has released this year after “Falling In Love” and “Do You Love Me?” The song suits well with the winter season as it features the beautiful harmony of the members.
Big Bang’s leader G-Dragon confirmed his popularity in China.
According to YG Entertainment, G-Dragon received the “Most Welcomed Overseas Artist” award at the first “Youku Tudou Young Choice Music Awards” held at the Beijing Olympic Stadium on November 20.
G-Dragon, who was the only Korean singer present at the event, performed two tracks from his “Coup D’état” album, “Coup D’etat” and “Niliria.”

Billboard compared CL’s nude scene to that of Miley Cyrus’s in “Wrecking Ball,” and said that CL portrayed sadness much better and carried it out in a much more classy way.

A Pink released its A Pink Best Album in Taiwan on November 22. The album includes tracks from its Secret Garden album, as well as its other hit tracks.
The album soon climbed to the top of the weekly music charts for Taiwan’s 5Music and G-Music for the week of November 22 to November 28.
The feat came with no promotions and just a simple album release, proving A Pink’s popularity in both Korea and overseas.
