Rain, Alex, f(x)’s Krystal and more film for upcoming episode of “Running Man”

The cast of upcoming drama “My Lovely Girl” is revealed to have participated in an episode of “Running Man”

On September 1st, representatives from the production team of the show reported that Rain, Alex, f(x)’s Krystal, Kim Kibang and Park Younggyu, the cast of “My Lovely Girl,” joined the regular casts of “Running Man” in Gyeonggido. Interest is high over the interaction between the drama’s leads Rain and Kyrstal, how have first shown their character’s story on the video teasers.

Airing date for this episode of the show is still undecided.

Meanwhile, “My Lovely Girl” will start airing on September 17th via SBS. The drama will replace once “It’s Okay, It’s Love” ends.

The recently released movie "My Palpitating Life" tells a story of a young couple who gives birth to a child with congenital progeria. In this film, which is based on a novel of the same name written by Kim Ae Ran, tells a story of the young couple, portrayed by actress Song Hye Kyo and actor Kang Dong Won. The book of the same name by writer Kim Ae Ran was sold 1.4 million copies in the first three months of its publication.

"My Palpitating Life" is a movie directed by popular filmmaker Lee Jae Yong. Actress Song Hye Kyo and actor Kang Dong Won star as a married couple with a child with progeria, and tell the story of parents who had their first child at the ages of seventeen, and their seventeen year old son who is preparing to say good bye to the world. Kang Dong Won and Song Hye Kyo have starred in "Love For Sale" together three years ago, which was a finale piece of the Busan International Film Festival directed by Jang Joon Hwan

Actor Lee Jin Wook has recently confirmed his appearance in the movie “Time Escapee” (working English title).Director Kwak Jae Yong, who directed “The Classic” and “My Sassy Girl,” is directing “Time Escapee,” which is about two men from 1983 and 2015, respectively, tracing a murder case to change the fate of one woman.

In the movie, Lee Jin Wook will play the role of Kim Gun Woo, a talented detective with quick judgment skills. Gun Woo is the man from the present and possesses an elaborate personality and bold drive, and he is the one who quickly realizes the mystery of the past and present and digs up the case.

This is Lee Jin Wook’s first attempt at a detective role, so he plans on capturing the audience through his smooth charisma and stylish charms that are unique to him

Big Bang"s T.O.P and Park Shin Hye, who were previously spotted at the photoshoot for their "Millet" pictorial, have now unveiled their 2014 F/W CF and making film!



The two made the CF feel like a party with Park Shin Hye showing off her dance moves and T.O.P looking charismatic among the flying confetti. They also sported couple looks in their "Millet" outdoor apparel looking ready to take on the chilly weather ahead for fall.

Jaekyung and Heechul transformed into Elsa and Anna from Disney"s "Frozen" for MBC"s "Tell Me the Wish," which is a good-will program that grants the wishes of others.


On the recording for the first episode, the main guest was Choi Seo Yeon, a seven-year-old girl who suffers from a rare disease that started causing internal hemorrhages here and there starting from when she was only six months old. As a result, she had to get 28 surgeries thus far.




Her wish was to become the queen in "Frozen" and to sprinkle snow on people; hence, the production crew prepared a large scale event at Kyunghee University on August 27, which included Jaekyung dressing up as Elsa and Heechul as Anna

The production team behind the movie “The Face Reader” is asking for a prohibition against the production of broadcasting of KBS’s upcoming drama “The King’s Face.”

On August 25, Jupiter Film, the production company behind “The Face Reader,” filed an injunction against KBS Media to ban the “The King’s Face” on account of copyright infringement and unfair competition.

Jupiter Film’s side stated, “Jupiter Film is the copyright beholder and production company behind “The Face Reader,” and since planning the movie starting in December 2012, Jupiter Film was using the “One Source Multi Use” strategy, preparing a drama and a novel at the same time. We approached KBS Media as a co-production company for the drama in 2012, and they even mentioned writer Lee Hyang Hee as the writer of the drama during our planning, but the agreement fell apart

There are various fans in the entertainment industry and some go over the extremes just to get a glimpse of their idols. Some particularly go overboard and do a lot of crazy stints, as SISTAR’s Soyu revealed on this week’s episode of MBC‘s “Sebakwi“.

Soyu revealed that during one performance, a fan threw a phone on stage with the camera on, seemingly to film up her skirt. When asked what she did when the situation happened, the girl group member explained that she pushed the phone camera aside while she was dancing to prevent any filming.

BoA and "Cosmopolitan" both celebrate their 14th anniversary this year, so to make it extra special, BoA was also chosen as the cover girl for the magazine"s anniversary issue.
We previously saw the cover, which BoA graced, but now additional photos and a making film from the shoot have been revealed.

"The Admiral: Roaring Currents" is a gripping Joseon Dynasty film which is best viewed in theaters. “The Admiral: Roaring Currents” opened in select theaters on August 15, to widespread praise from critics and audiences. The epic Joseon Dynasty film departs from the usual storyline of domestic conflicts over the crown, to present the mythical historic tale of Admiral Yi and his incredible triumph over a Japanese naval fleet at The Battle of Myeong Nyang.

The Battle of Myeong Nyang was a surreal naval conflict which took place in 1597, during the Japanese invasion of Korea. Admiral Yi Sun Shin conquered a fleet of 330 Japanese warships with a meager 12 Korean battleships, in the treacherous waters of the Myeong Nyang sea.

Admiral Yi was a legendary leader of the Korean naval whose battle technique was reliant on reinforced turtle ships

Son Ye Jin Declines Drama For Film Role

Son Ye Jin considered taking a leading role in the upcoming historical drama "The King"s Face," starring Seo In Guk and Lee Jung Jae. If she had taken the role of Kim Ha Gee, she would have played a woman who was loved by both a prince and a king.

And while that might have been tempting she chose instead to sign on for a thriller directed by Lee Kyung Mi.

According to CJ Entertainment, the actress will appear in a film tentatively titled "House Full of Happiness."

 "Son Ye Jin has been confirmed to star in director Lee Kyung Mi"s new project, "House Full of Happiness," which is due to start filming in September," said a representative of CJ Entertainment, which will distribute the film.

The film is a thriller about an ambitious politician who dreams of becoming a member of Congress

Kim Woo Bin and Lee Hyun Woo‘s upcoming heist action film “The Technicians” officially wrapped up its filming on August 12 and has gone into post-production.

After 79 shoots spread over five months, the filming for “The Technicians” wrapped up at a set in Seoul. At the last shoot, lead actor Kim Woo Bin showing some impressive action skills, jumping off a high-building on wires.

“The Technicians” is a heist action film where a very talented group of technicians attempt to steal a large sum of gang money.

Kim Woo Bin will play the multi-talented robber Jihyuk, while Lee Hyun Woo will portray a young, highly-skilled hacker named Jongbae. Go Chang Suk will portray an accomplice and provide comic relief to the film

Rising young actors Lee Je Hoon and Shim Eung Kyung took home awards at the 10th Jecheon International Music and Film Festival.

The two actors won the “Music Film Actor” award, as voted by the audience. Lee Je Hoon won the award for his role in the movie “My Paparotti,” while Shim Eun Kyung received the award for her work in the film “Miss Granny.” They received the physical award at the opening ceremony of the festival held on August 14.

Film critic Heo Jiwoong thinks HyunA should practice singing more

On the August 14 broadcast of “War of Words” on the JTBC channel, film critic Heo Jiwoong critiqued HyunA’s singing skills.

Heo Jiwoong stated, “I hope that she would practice her singing more. For this concept, compared to what others have shown, her singing is weak.”

In contrast, comedian Lee Yoonsuk praised HyunA’s voice and the fact that she sung the chorus for “Red” by herself.

HyunA is currently promoting her title track “Red,” which has garnered a lot of interest and has received more than 7 million views on Youtube. She also recently released the choreography video to her track "Blacklist" featuring EXID’s LE.
