Sinopsis Drama Korea New Gisaeng Story Episode 11
Korean Drama The Heirs (Inheritors) Episode 20 Recap by joonni
Tan and Young Do stand apart, but together, looking out into the city. YD finally breaks the silence: “It’s cold.” He’s describing the weather, but it is also how he feels. Tan adds, “It’s cold…and dark.” Silence falls between them again as they each try to fight off the cold and dark feeling hovering over them because of their fathers.
At a cafe, Tan discusses his situation with a woman, who we learn is a lawyer. Tan doesn’t trust the lawyers at Jeguk anymore, and he wants this new lawyer’s help transferring legal proxy rights to Won from JS for his stocks.
We’ve been following the ever-evolving story of Aurora Princess with raised eyebrows for months, as it has become a fixture in the headlines for its parade of shenanigans. And while it’s not the type of drama we’d typically be devoting a lot of attention to, it’s worth looking at if only as the cautionary tale of what not to do when making a show. If ever there were a case of a drama having more drama behind the cameras than in front of them, this would be it.

Warning- there are spoilers for the first ten episodes of ‘To the Beautiful You‘ ahead!
Due to what is either poor planning or unfortunate timing, the idol-laden KBS drama ‘To the Beautiful You’ has been struggling to gain viewers, consistently coming last in broadcast ratings for its Wednesday and Thursday night slots. This may be due to premiering during the final episodes of the wildly-popular ‘Bridal Mask‘ (KBS2), and now running at the same time as another popular drama, ‘Arang and the Magistrate‘ (MBC).In addition, this drama runs late at night, even though it is targeted at a younger demographic of viewers and should probably be playing a little earlier in the evening.
In a world of opportunities, it’s a shame to stick with one occupation, which explains why the FT Island members have moved past their musical backgrounds and dipped their feet into acting.
Some members are more experienced than others, and some members might need more practice, but at least they are not afraid to step out of the box and try something new.
So we give you the actors of FT Island.
Choi Jong Hoon – You’re My Pet
Although he appeared in several drama version music videos, Choi Jong Hoon made his acting debut in the movie You’re My Pet in 2011, alongside Kim Ha Neul and Jang Keun Suk.
Before jumping right into the story, tvN’s Reply 1994 will start up a special episode to get viewers ready for the second season of the Reply series.
On October 11, Reply 1994 will begin with Episode 0, giving a good introduction to the upcoming drama. A similar special was aired for Reply 1997 as well.
“In Episode 0, you’ll be able to get a grasp of what kind of stories and past times will appear in the drama,” said the drama PD, Shin Won Ho. “It’ll be full of things to see, so please show your interest and support.”
Actor Lee Jun Ki opened up about the effects of filming his drama, “Two Weeks.”
MBC’s “Two Weeks” followed the story of Jang Tae San (played by Lee Jun Ki) who, after living the lowest standard of life, found the will to live after discovering the existence of his daughter. The drama portrayed the survival of Jang Tae San, wrongly accused of murder, and his efforts to bring justice and save the life of his sick daughter. Keeping up with the role throughout filming required Lee Jun Ki to stay in character, often times causing him to become emotionally drained.
“Secret Love” vs. “The Heirs” vs. “Medical Top Team”: Which Drama Came Out on Top in Wednesday Ratings?
Among the three new dramas that are competing for the top spot on the ratings chart for Wednesday and Thursday, KBS‘s “Secret Love” took first place in viewership ratings. MBC’s new drama “Medical Top Team” debuted at a disappointing third place.
According to Nielson Korea’s October 9 ratings, “Medical Top Team” took 7.3% of the viewers, while SBS’s new drama “The Heirs” took 11.6% of the viewership. KBS’s “Secret Love” led the rankings by taking in 12.4% of the viewership.

Recently, a piece of photo of Park Ji Yoon, who stars as the 4th woman of Jang Geun Suk from KBS2TV’s “Beautiful Man,” has been revealed. This Wed-Thurs drama is getting more and more interesting with this appearance of Park Ji Yoon, giving a hint or clue to future events.
On the 7th episode of “Beautiful Man,” Park Ji Yoon makes a special appearance as the 4th woman named Myomi, who will give the know-how on success to Dokko Matae (Jang Geun Suk). The mysterious 4th woman’s appearance is already grabbing attention and expected to have an impact on the story.
Okay, so we have some confusing news about tvN’s period sports drama Basketball, which is getting cut down from its initial order of 24 episodes to 18. Producers insist that it has nothing to do with its ratings (and relatively low buzz factor), but rather because they have decided that they are not equipped to tell the story they want to tell in that amount of time and therefore will not tell it.
Basketball was originally touted as a story of hope as its poor hero finds his future in basketball, joins the national team, and plays on the historic 1948 Olympic team (that advanced to the quarterfinals) in Korea’s only single team before the division into North and South. The producers initially planned to spend the first 18 episodes in the Occupation years, and then cover the liberation years beginning with Episode 19, followed by the division of the peninsula. Only recently did they realize that six episodes wasn’t enough to get the story out, and they decided to therefore end the show earlier than planned and then leave the door open for a Season 2, where they would devote the entire time to those later years.
Seems like Girls’ Generation‘s YoonA is literally clinging to Lee Bum Soo right from the beginning.
KBS’s new Monday-Tuesday drama “Prime Minister and I” recently revealed the first stills showing the lead couple caught up in an interesting situation. YoonA has both of her arms tightly around Lee Bum Soo‘s leg while staring at the man with her puppy-dog look. With his piercing eyes, Lee Bum Soo looks at YoonA intensively, making viewers wonder what has happened between the two.
KBS2TV’s “Beautiful Man” released new posters and a teaser clip, providing new previews for the upcoming drama.
With the drama’s first episode to broadcast on November 20, “Beautiful Man” revealed new posters that portray the different personalities of the four main characters.
The new group poster conveyed the upcoming storyline between the beautiful man Dokko Matae, played by Jang Geun Suk, and the plain Jane character Kim Bo Tong, played by IU. Moreover, the inclusion of Hong Yoo Ra, played by Han Chae Young, and Choi David, played by Lee Jang Woo, foreshadow the interweaving relationships of the four characters in the future episodes.
Jang Keun Suk was asked to share his thoughts on Pretty Boy at the drama press conference, which took place at the Imperial Hotel in Gangnam on November 18.
Jang Keun Suk started with a joke saying, “First of all, I will be in the drama,” and continued saying, “the drama is about a man named ‘Dokko Matte’ who learns what men need to have and need to know in life as he conquers ten women.”
The actor increased fan expectations by saying that the drama will be pleasing to the eye as it will show unique fashion styles, while telling the story of how the prettiest man, ‘Dokko Matte,’ conquers Korea’s top 1% women in their own fields.

Nine: Series review
To get a fuller intro into the show, you can catch our recaps for Episode 1 and Episode 2, but I’ll give an abbreviated setup anyway:
Our hero is Park Sun-woo (Lee Jin-wook), a successful news anchor who sees every scenario through a no-nonsense, facts-first lens. He has an older brother who’s a wandering lost soul, as weak-willed as Sun-woo is strong; his ailing mother lives in a nursing home with dementia; and his father, a hospital director, was killed twenty years ago in a fire.
