Sohee to star in new tvN"s drama "Heart to Heart"

Sohee will make her onscreen comeback by staring in upcoming tvN"s drama "Heart to Heart".

A rep from BH Entertainment said on October 20th,"Sohee has been casted in tvN"s drama "Heart to Heart. She will be playing as the younger sister of the male lead. We had a good talk about her appearance in the drama with tvN"s side and are currently in the final stages of the adjustments.".

"Heart to Heart" will be Lee Yoon Jung PD"s first project ever since she left MBC for CJ E&M last May. The drama will follow "Misaeng" and broadcast in January next year.

Former Wonder Girls member turned actress Ahn Sohee will be appearing on television again through tvN’s upcoming drama, “Heart to Heart.”

According to a representative in the entertainment industry, Sohee’s casting decision has been confirmed. Though there are still the last stages of adjustments, the decision to appear in the drama is finalized. This news is currently garnering much attention since it will be Sohee’s first project since moving out of JYP Entertainment and into BH Entertainment.

Meanwhile, “Heart to Heart” will be directed by Lee Yoon Jung, who has just recently moved out of MBC and started working as a freelancer this past May. This will be her first project, and the drama is planned to be a romantic comedy

Sohee has been cast in the new tvN drama "Heart to Heart"!


tvN told OSEN, "Sohee will be appearing on "Heart to heart". She"ll play the little sister of the male lead, and she"ll show a different charm than her usual."



Her label BH Entertainment said, "There was good talk with tvN about her appearing on the show, and now we only have the final adjustments left."


"Heart to Heart" will be Lee Yoon Jung PD"s first project since she left MBC for CJ E&M in May. It"s a romantic comedy and will start airing in January of next year.

Drama production company Group 8 is setting out to produce a Chinese version of the hit KBS drama “Full House.”

On October 17, a representative of Group 8 revealed that it will be collaborating with China’s Asia Media Holdings to remake the drama “Full House” into a Chinese version through a Korean-Chinese co-production.

The Korean version of “Full House” was a remake of the original manga of the same name, and was broadcast in 2004. It starred singer-actor Rain and actress Song Hye Gyo as the main lead roles, earning much love and popularity with viewers, as proven by its record viewer rating of 40%. Reports of this new Chinese version are gaining attention with local media, as many are already anticipating its release

SECRET"s Sunhwa said that her former "We Got Married" husband Kwanghee became jealous of her new drama role!


She will be acting opposite Lee Jang Woo for "Rose Colored Lovers". "I watched "We Got Married" again," Sunhwa said in a recent interview, explaining how she prepared for her role. "I looked at my bright and cheerful self then and I paid attention to how I spoke and acted."


"Kwanghee became a little jealous," she continued, laughing. Lee Jang Woo added to her words, saying, "I think we look better together in a couple shot."

In the latest interview with MBC’s “Section TV,” girl group Secret’s Han Sun Hwa will reveal that ZE:A’s Kwanghee became adorably jealous when he heard the news that she would be partnering up with actor Lee Jang Woo for her new drama, “Rosy Lovers.”

Han Sun Hwa said that she was rewatching her episodes of MBC’s reality show, “We Got Married,” in order to engage into her drama character. When she told Kwanghee about working together with Lee Jang Woo, Kwanghee apparently said, “Don’t you think I look better with you than Lee Jang Woo?” showing his jealousy over her new partnership.

The production team also hinted that in this interview, Lee Jang Woo promised to take a dive into the Han River if the drama surpassed 30% in viewership ratings

The 2014 Korea Drama Awards recognized the best actors and actresses in the industry today, October 1, at the awarding ceremony held at Gyeongnam Culture and Art Center.

Cable channel Mnet is currently in the process of planning a musical drama.

A representative from Mnet commented that “A musical drama that will follow ‘Monstar’ will air in December. We have yet to decide on a title, and we are currently in the process of casting.”

They further added, “The working title is currently ‘Fall Seven Times, Rise Eight Times’ but it will most likely change. Also, the synopsis that became known is the earlier version, and the actual synopsis and even the characterizations have changed a lot.”

They also announced that this new drama will be very different from “Monstar.” “They are only similar in their musical drama genre. This drama will have a completely different plot. If ‘Monstar’ was about teens, this upcoming drama will be about a slightly older demographic
