"Three Days" has finally released the song many of its viewers have been curious about as it serves as the ending theme for the drama. The artist behind the song is none other than hip hop duo Baechigi, who have come out with two versions of the song.

The song is titled "Mirage" and viewers have heard it since the very first episode. To make it more fresh, we"re being treated to not just the ending theme version in the drama but another version with the featuring of singer Kim Bo Kyung.

Drama Ratings Stay Constant with Return from Cancellations

Coming back from where we left off on April 10, ratings appeared to be quite constant.

Wednesday/Thursday dramas returned to broadcast after being canceled in the previous week due to the Sewol ferry sinking accident.

While still praying for the victims and their families, viewers seemed to be waiting to return to normalcy with the ratings for all three dramas just picking up from where they last left off without a huge difference.

SBS’ Three Days led the way with 11.1 percent with MBC’s Cunning Single Lady and KBS’ Golden Cross following with 9.3 and 5.3 percent respectively.

Variety programs on the other hand stayed cancelled with broadcast stations still holding back with 143 people still missing from the ferry as of April 24

Lee Soo Hyuk will join Seo In Guk and Lee Ha Na in the upcoming tvN Mon-Tues drama "High School King" (aka "King of High School Life")!

His agency Star J Entertainment reps stated on the 24th, "Lee Soo Hyuk will star in the cable TV tvN"s new Mon-Tues drama "High School King"."


Lee Soo Hyuk shared, "I will do my best so that I can receive love from fans through my improving acting starting with this drama."


"High School King" is a romantic comedy which portrays the story of high school student (Seo In Guk) who enters the management of a major company and how high school students adjust to the real world

Choi Jin Hyuk in talks to join Korean remake of 'Fated To Love You'

As mentioned earlier, "Fated To Love You" is the next Taiwanese drama up for a Korean remake, and starring in it will be Jang Hyuk and Jang Na Ra, who will be rekindling their onscreen romance once again through this production after 12 years. Joining them may be Choi Jin Hyuk as he is currently in discussion to play the secondary male protagonist.


His agency Red Brick House said on April 23, "We received the offer for "Fated To Love You" and are reviewing it positively. If he ends up appearing in it, it would be his last production before enlisting in the army." He will be joining the Seoul National Police Agency in the performance unit sometime this year.

According to AGB Nielsen Media Research, the ongoing cancellations due to the Sewol ferry tragedy didn"t hinder the April 22nd episodes of MBC"s "Empress Qi". It achieved a 26.6% viewer rating, which is a 3.7% gain from its previous viewer rating of 22.9%.


SBS" "God"s Gift - 14 Days" went up 0.1% from a 8.3% to 8.4% viewer rating for its finale. KBS 2TV drama special "Their Perfect Day" dropped 0.8% from a 4.6% to 3.8% viewer rating

Three Korean Movies to Screen at Cannes Film Festival

Three Korean movies are scheduled to screen at the Cannes International Film Festival in May this year. The three films are “The Target”, “A Girl at My Door” and “Breath”.

Festival organizers have announced that action thriller “The Target”, starring Ryu Seung Ryong (star of “Midnight in Cell No. 7”), will be scheduled for a midnight screening. Traditionally, two or three movies in the action, sci-fi, and horror genres have been selected for midnight screenings at the festival. Although films in these genres are not usually shown at Cannes, a select few are chosen by organizers to screen as part of special late-night sessions.

“The Target”, directed by Chang, is a remake of a 2010 French movie entitled “Point Blank”. The story follows a former mercenary who finds himself accused of a crime he did not commit

MBC uploaded the latest teaser for upcoming Wednesday-Thursday drama "A New Leaf" on April 22!

The drama centers on ace attorney Kim Suk Joo (played by Kim Myung Min), who loses his memories in an accident, enabling him to start a new life. This third teaser shows Kim Suk Joo harshly interrogating somebody in trial while Ji Yoon (Park Min Young) watches him with a clearly uneasy expression.

Doctor Stranger” recently released a third teaser, full of promises of spunk and intense drama. And as a medical/spy melodrama, it looks like it’ll do good on its promises, telling the story of a genius doctor from North Korea who comes to work in South Korea’s top hospital.

The teaser gives a strong first impression, with Kang So Ra slapping Lee Jong Suk across the face, and slamming a giant rock into the windshield of a car, telling Lee Jong Suk, “You can keep it.” Lee Jong Suk then says with an arrogant wink, “Do you know what they call people like you and me? Quacks.”

The first official teaser for “Triangle” is out! The preview gives us a sneak peek into the contrasting lives of the three brothers, played by Lee Bum Soo, Kim Jaejoong, and Im Siwan. KBS 2TV's 'Very Good Days' jumps in ratings as the only drama to air once again

On Saturday, "Very Good Days" suffered in ratings even though it was the only drama to air.


However, things turned around on Sunday as the drama was once again the only one to air, jumping back up to its normal ratings. According to AGB Nielsen, it jumped up 4.0% back for a 23.4 share on Sunday night. It is also the highest rating out of the shows that were aired on Sunday on any broadcast station.

Rain in talks to star in new Korean drama 'Indian Summer'

Rain may be making his comeback in Korea as an actor as he received an offer to join a new drama.


His agency Cube DC told Star News on April 21, "Rain recently received an offer to star in new drama "Indian Summer," which will be directed by Producer Lee Hyung Min."


However, it is yet unclear whether he will take on the role as the agency continued, "We"ve only received the offer; nothing has been confirmed yet."

Rain had previously worked with Producer Lee through popular KBS 2TV drama, "Sangdoo, Let"s Go To School" in 2003. Singer-songwriter Yoon Gun will lend his voice for SBS’s weekend drama “Angel Eyes.”

On April 21, a music producer involved in the drama’s OST shared, “The first singer the music director thought of when he received the script for ‘Angel Eyes’ months ago was Yoon Gun. His attractive voice suits the drama’s beautiful yet sad story on first love. We believe that fans of the drama will be more teary-eyed with the addition.”

Yoon Gun will sing the theme song for Lee Sang Yoon’s character Park Dong Joo who is a surgeon titled “To Love Fiercely” (working title).

The third OST has been released on April 21 through online music sites.

Singer and actor Rain might be making his return to the small screen soon!

Rain is currently in talks to star in the upcoming drama “Indian Summer.” The drama is described as a traditional melodrama that will search for a message of healing and truth for those exhausted from the conflicts of our contemporary society. According to his agency, Cube Entertainment, Rain has received the offer to the star in the drama, but nothing has been confirmed.

If Rain chooses to appear in “Indian Summer,” he will be reuniting with director and producer Lee Hyung Min, whom he has previously worked with in his 2003 debut drama, “Sangdoo, Let’s Go to School.” Lee Hyung Min has also lead 2004′s “I’m Sorry, I Love You” and 2010′s “Bad Guy

Rain Receives Casting Offer from Romance Drama ‘Indian Summer’

Rain has received a casting offer from upcoming drama Indian Summer.

Cube DC, Rain’s agency, spoke with Newsen on April 21 announcing, “Rain has recently been offered to act in Lee Hyung Min PD’s new drama Indian Summer. The offer was made due to the PD’s connection to Rain but his appearance in the drama has not been confirmed yet.”

Rain first gained recognition for his acting by starring in KBS 2TV’s Sang Doo, Let’s Go To School! directed by Lee Hyung Min PD in 2003. If he confirms to act in Indian Summer, he will be returning to the small screen after four years since he starred in KBS 2TV’s The Fugitive: Plan B.

Indian Summer is a romance drama that is scheduled to air in the latter half of this year
