On the “Man From the Stars” plagiarism questions raised by cartoonist Kang Kyung Ok, the writer of the comic “Seol Hee,” an HB Entertainment official responded to OSEN on December 20 that “We didn’t know of the comic ‘Seol Hee,’ and it most definitely wasn’t a work that we consulted. If we had mentioned it at all in the production process, one could say there was motive, but that was not the case.”
The official continued, “We have been unable to get into contact with Mr. Kang. We want to have a discussion with him and resolve the misunderstanding, and we wish for the situation to be resolved peacefully. Any legal actions, we will think about later.”
The official stated, “‘Man From the Stars” started when Park Ji Eun was writing for variety programs a long time ago, and just scribbled down an idea,” once again insisting that the new drama wasn’t plagiarized
Actor Kim Soo Hyun comments about hoping for a kiss scene with actress Jun Ji Hyun has caught the attention of the public.
On the December 18 episode of SBS‘s “Night of TV Entertainment” stars Jun Ji Hyun and Kim Soo Hyun from the new drama “Man from the Stars” appeared for a sit down interview.
During the interview, Kim Soo Hyun was asked if he is hoping to have a kiss scene with Jun Ji Hyun since the two were playing a couple. The actor replied “I’m requesting the writers” and quickly covered his mouth believing he revealed too much. The interviewer jokingly replied, “The first time is hard but afterwards it’s…” which made the audience laugh. The two actors had actually filmed a kiss scene with each other in the 2012 movie “The Thieves

Actor Lee Min Ho, who recently wrapped up filming of his hit SBS drama “The Heirs,” left a message and video on his official Facebook account, saying goodbye to the drama and his character, Kim Tan, and cheering on his fans.
Lee Min Ho wrote, “I was happy the past four months as Kim Tan. I hope that everyone also gains courage from ‘The Heirs’- forward!” “Forward” was one the phrases that Kim Tan liked to say to Cha Eun Sang (Park Shin Hye) when he was asking her to have courage.
The actor also revealed a behind the scenes video of the last day of shooting of “The Heirs,” which shows Lee Min Ho saying goodbye and thanking the staff of the drama. Though it was a blustery and snowy day in Seoul, the bright smiles of Lee Min Ho and the staff could not be kept down.

Three promotional posters for SBS‘s upcoming Wed-Thurs drama “My Lover from the Stars” have been released revealing the style of the show’s characters.
The first poster features the main cast of six actors, and each character displays their personality through their style and pose.
In the second poster, we see the two main characters who will be sharing a love story along with the statement “The dangerous and lively romance between the man from space and the woman that wants to leave earth.”
The final poster shows actress Jun Ji Hyun grabbing Kim Soo Hyun‘s necktie as the two get close with each other.

“Beautiful Man” ratings have seen a slight uptick.
According to Nielsen Korea, the episode of KBS 2TV Wednesday-Thursday drama “Beautiful Man” broadcast on December 12 (Episode 8) recorded a nationwide rating of 3.1%. This was a 0.2% improvement from the previous day’s viewership rating of 2.9%.
In Episode 8 of “Beautiful Man,” Dokko Ma Te (Jang Geun Suk) was ordered to get into a scandal with Myo Mi (Park Ji Yoon in a cameo role), a hot celebrity with a lesbian controversy. So began their fake relationship, and an awkward date ensued. Myo Mi finally reveals her hidden secret at the end of the episode.

Another teaser for SBS‘s upcoming fantasy drama “My Lover from the Stars” has been released. The teaser starts off with a serious tone, but it ends being comedic. The teaser also gives fans a peek at the love-hate relationship between stars Kim Soo Hyun and Jun Ji Hyun.
The drama “My Lover From the Stars” is about an alien named Do Min Joon (Kim Soo Hyun) who has been on earth for 400 years. As an alien, Do Min Joon possesses superhuman vision, hearing and speed. Actress Jun Ji Hyun has been chosen as the new model for the French jewelry brand Didier Dubot.
On December 5, Didier Dubot announced, “Jun Ji Hyun has been chosen as the new model for Didier Dubot after the French top model and actress Lea Seydoux.”
A representative of the brand stated, “Jun Ji Hyun possesses a vibrant charm as the symbol of a lively woman every woman in this generation desires. This is expressed through her gazes and gestures,” explaining why she was chosen as the model.

A third teaser for the upcoming SBS drama “My Lover From the Stars” has been released.
The drama is the love story about Do Min Joon (Kim Soo Hyun), an alien who fell to Earth 400 years ago, and Chun Song Yi (Jeon Ji Hyun), a haughty star. In addition to the supernatural premise, the drama has been receiving a lot of attention for its impressive main lineup, featuring Kim Soo Hyun, who has been all the rage nowadays, and Jeon Ji Hyun, who is making her comeback to television for the first time in 14 years.
Following the first two teasers, which showed the first meeting of the two main characters, as well as a shower scene by Kim Soo Hyun, the third teaser reveals a little more just to beg more questions on the relationship between Do Min Joon and Chun Song Yi

Tan ends up back at the empty apartment, the last place he saw Eun Sang, smiling back at him. He remembers what Dad said to him after the meeting- “Don’t forget this day. You lost that child today as the consequence of the sword you wielded.” Tears start to fall silently out of Tan’s eyes first, but as the sobs rise in his chest, Tan pants for breath and he falls on his knees. He clutches his chest as he cries. Tan walks the streets calling Eun Sang, but the operator is saying the phone number doesn’t exist. Tan weeps, going numb from the pain as he remembers Eun Sang saying bye to him with a smile at the apartment. Tan arrives home and goes to his dad. He tells him that Eun Sang is gone; he can’t find her

Having made her official solo debut last August, Sunmi captured music lovers through her catchy song, “24 Hours,” and her acrobatic dance moves.
