The agency confirmed that the labelmates would be working together on April 24, "She"ll be starring opposite Super Junior"s Kyuhyun and EXO"s Baekhyun. She"s already started practice." SHINee"s Onew is also set to star in the project.

This marks Sunny"s return to musicals after "Catch Me if You can" in 2012. "Singin" in the Rain" is scheduled to show from June 5 to August 3 at the Choongmoo Art Hall in Seoul.

As mentioned earlier, "Fated To Love You" is the next Taiwanese drama up for a Korean remake, and starring in it will be Jang Hyuk and Jang Na Ra, who will be rekindling their onscreen romance once again through this production after 12 years. Joining them may be Choi Jin Hyuk as he is currently in discussion to play the secondary male protagonist.


His agency Red Brick House said on April 23, "We received the offer for "Fated To Love You" and are reviewing it positively. If he ends up appearing in it, it would be his last production before enlisting in the army." He will be joining the Seoul National Police Agency in the performance unit sometime this year.

EXO"s main vocalist Baekhyun will be stepping out into the world of musicals!


According to a rep from the performing arts on April 23, Baekhyun will be playing the male lead in licensed musical "Singin" In The Rain," which will be put on by SM Entertainment"s subsidiary SM C&C.

A JTBC rep told MyDaily on April 23, ""Ssul Jeon" will be airing normally on April 24. However, on this episode, the second part of the show on entertainment will not be covered - only the first part of the show will."

Actor Choi Jin Hyuk is looking over a role in a new MBC Wednesday – Thursday drama titled, “Fated to Love You” as his next project.

On April 23, a rep of Choi Jin Hyuk’s agency, Red Brick House, stated, “He has received an offer for a role in ‘Fated to Love You’ and is looking over the role optimistically.”

“Fated to Love You” is a remake of the 2008 Taiwanese drama. It is a romantic comedy that portrays the story of how an “average girl” whose kindness is her only charm, and a “surrealistic perfectionist,” who is under the threat of losing his place as the heir from not being able to continue the family name, get married and the happenings that take place between them.

Jang Hyuk and Jang Nara have confirmed their roles in the drama. Choi Jin Hyuk has been offered to play character who has a crush on Kim Mi Young (Jana Nara)

Choi Jin Hyuk will be taking on a character who has a crush on Jang Nara and quietly holds his hand out whenever she goes through difficulty. As Choi Jin Hyuk has revealed that he will be enlisting in the army later this year, a lot of attention has been on which project will be choosing before he goes to the army.

Fated to Love You is based on a Taiwanese drama of the same name that gained great success in 2008.

‘Infinity Challenge’ to Not Broadcast 9th Anniversary Special Episode

Infinity Challenge will not be airing a special episode celebrating its 9th anniversary.

April 23 will be MBC Infinity Challege’s 9th anniversary. Beginning in 2005, the show went through various formats and titles until it settled with the current format and title of Infinity Challege.

According to an affiliate of the show, Infinity Challege will not be airing a special 9th anniversary episode. The show did not broadcast a special 8th anniversary episode last year either.

The production team of Infinity Challege revealed, however, that it will be putting their full efforts into the show′s 400th episode special to be aired this fall.

In 2012, Infinity Challege aired the 300th episode special where the members honestly shared their hearts with one another

Rain in talks to star in new Korean drama 'Indian Summer'

Rain may be making his comeback in Korea as an actor as he received an offer to join a new drama.


His agency Cube DC told Star News on April 21, "Rain recently received an offer to star in new drama "Indian Summer," which will be directed by Producer Lee Hyung Min."


However, it is yet unclear whether he will take on the role as the agency continued, "We"ve only received the offer; nothing has been confirmed yet."

Singer and actor Rain might be making his return to the small screen soon!

Rain is currently in talks to star in the upcoming drama “Indian Summer.” The drama is described as a traditional melodrama that will search for a message of healing and truth for those exhausted from the conflicts of our contemporary society. According to his agency, Cube Entertainment, Rain has received the offer to the star in the drama, but nothing has been confirmed.

Rain has received a casting offer from upcoming drama Indian Summer.

Cube DC, Rain’s agency, spoke with Newsen on April 21 announcing, “Rain has recently been offered to act in Lee Hyung Min PD’s new drama Indian Summer. The offer was made due to the PD’s connection to Rain but his appearance in the drama has not been confirmed yet.”

Rain first gained recognition for his acting by starring in KBS 2TV’s Sang Doo, Let’s Go To School! directed by Lee Hyung Min PD in 2003. If he confirms to act in Indian Summer, he will be returning to the small screen after four years since he starred in KBS 2TV’s The Fugitive: Plan B.

Indian Summer is a romance drama that is scheduled to air in the latter half of this year
