Dia performed on "Immortal Song 2" for the first time on the September 13 broadcast!



Dia performed her cover of Jeon Won Seok"s "Don"t Leave" and couldn"t help but to spill tears after being immersed into the emotions of the song. She shared during her interview, "I released 18 albums during the past 5 years, but there are a lot of people who don"t know... I wanted to perform on the "Immortal Song 2" stage before I die." She later beat Bada in one round with 378 points.

On the September 13 broadcast of KBS 2TV"s "Immortal Song 2", Bada performed Nami"s "I See You," complete with a bright yellow tassel dress and a bundle of energy.




Starting off the song with a, "Let"s do it," before dropping the beat, Bada dances to a modern version of the 1980s song with choreography that is refreshing for audiences of generations old and new. The duo crooned a passionate cover of Lee Jung Suk"s "Because I Love You" with their clear and husky voice combination. The string instruments also added a sweet touch to their stage which brought a standing ovation from the audience.


Despite their awesome performance, Fly to the Sky"s 392 points couldn"t beat the 415 points for Poppin" Hyun Joon and Park Ae Ri who took home the trophy for this episode.

BESTie"s U.JI put her sexy charisma on display on the September 6th episode of "Immortal Song 2".



For part 2 of the "Million Seller" episode, U.JI covered Kim Gun Mo"s "One Flew Over the Cuckoo"s Nest". U.JI said before her performance, "The first and second thing was to put on a sexy performance. I wanted to do a fun stage with a bit of sexy today." The BESTie member did just that, making the crowd jump with the upbeat track and her explosive vocals.

However, U.JI lost the round to Gummy, and Homme took the final win.

Homme took the final win on the September 6 edition of "Immortal Song 2".



For part 2 of the "Million Seller" special of the show, the vocal duo covered Lee Moon Se"s "When I Stand Under the Shadow of a Roadside Tree". Their collaboration won over the audience, and the crowd couldn"t take their focus away from their performance, which was full of energy from beginning to end. 

Homme"s cover won them the round and the final trophy over Son Seung Yon, who had won three in a row. Congratulations!

Rising ballad singer Son Seung Yeon covered one of the kings of ballads Shin Seung Hoon on the September 6th episode of "Immortal Song 2".



For part 2 of the "Million Seller" special, Son Seung Yeon covered Shin Seung Hoon"s "For a Long Time Afterwards" for the third performance of the episode. Her powerful, stable vocals made her competitors comment, "As expected of Son Seung Yeon," and she received a whole flood of compliments.
 
Though Son Seung Yeon managed to defeat Gummy, it was Homme who took the final win.

Gummy did her own rendition of Clon"s funky pop song from the "90s "Kung Ddari Sha Bah Rah" on the September 6th installment of "Immortal Song 2".



Though the singer is known for her slower songs, she did an upbeat acoustic cover of the original dance track for part 2 of the "Million Seller" special of the show with an appearance by Clon"s Goo Jun Yup. Gummy said before her performance, "Rather than losing or winning, I want to communicate with the audience today... This is a song that you all really like. I hope you enjoy it with me."

Solo star Seo In Young recorded a massive score of 410 in a special edition of KBS2 show “Immortal Song” on August 30. The special edition of the show was celebrating songs taken from one-million-plus selling albums, and Seo In Young chose to cover The Classic‘s “Magic Castle,” originally a hit in 1994.

The former Jewelry member spent 10 million won (about US$9,850) on the performance, and completely reinvented the song as a jazzy number, which was also a visual feast. Indeed, her performance looked as though it might not have been out of place in a musical like “Chicago,” and featured tap dancing, cabaret-style dancing and music from a nine-member brass band.

The singer also brought in eight dancers, a percussionist and three backing singers, and also picked out her own costume and accessories

Davichi pulled out their trademark magic ballad vocals on the August 30th "Million seller" special of "Immortal Song 2".



The duo covered Jo Sung Mo"s hit song "Do You Know", which was originally released in 2000. Both Kang Min Young and Lee Hae Ri didn"t disappoint with their performance, and their powerful voices definitely moved the audience.

BTOB to return to "Immortal Song 2" for "Saturday Night Fever" special

BTOB will be returning to KBS" "Immortal Song 2" after three months!



The boys last competed on the reality show in May for the "Nation"s Composer Son Suk Woo" special, and they recently filmed for the "Saturday Night Fever" episode on August 28. Cube Entertainment told allkpop that BTOB will be going for a retro "80s theme with a modern flair for their upcoming performance. 

The BTOB members themselves thought up ideas for their "Immortal Song 2" stage, putting together emotional vocals and sharp rap to pump up the audience.

In other news, BTOB are preparing for their comeback, but in the meantime, fans will be able to see them do individual promotions.
