Kdrama fans come in all shapes, sizes, ages, and nationalities. We all love to watch our favorite dramas, but our responses to the shows might vary according to our personal tastes. After interacting with all kinds of Kdrama fans in the online community, I have come up with 5 basic Kdrama-watching types. Which kind are you?
1.The Valiant Defender
Once you decide that you love a drama, you become like a mama lion protecting her cubs. You won’t let anyone get away with talking smack about your show! Did someone criticize the series extension? You thought it was perfect to really develop the relationship! Did they hate the costumes? But they were meant to show off the characters’ personalities! Did they say that the acting was melodramatic? OH NO THEY DIDN’T! How would they feel if they woke up with amnesia and cancer? Huh? Everything was perfect and wonderful and amazing and you cried in every single episode.
Kdrama “Mi Rae’s Choice” Episode 7 Recap
The episode opens up with Shin walking up on a Se Joo and Mi Rae moment. He turns to a corner with disappointment on his face. He dwells on it a little and decides to call out to them to join the others. Se Joo gets up first and Shin gives Se Joo a pat on the arm for his hard work and thanks him for his quick thinking on the water tank. Se Joo quietly accepts his appreciation and goes inside.
Ji Sook to Tan: “You’re all grown now, kicking out your brother as soon as you arrive.”
Eun Sang to Rachel: “Don’t move.” She takes Rachel’s name tag. Rachel: “What are you doing? Are you crazy?” ES to R: “I’m taking your name tag. If you want to get it back, call me.”
Young Do to Eun Sang: “This is your number?”
YD to ES: “To get your number, I am even doing (I can’t understand Woobin. I think he is saying ‘I am even making a Euro transaction’).”
I wonder how many more hugs it will take for Joong Won to move past his discomfort long enough to sense her desperation. When will his ego realize she isn’t clinging to him out of attraction and more out of urgency for rest and peace. Is he blind? It sort of makes you wonder just how much darker do they need to get for him to notice those dark circles mean she is in dire need of sleep. Even after just two episodes, we know enough backstory to get that Gong Sil has her work cut out for her. Getting this guy ready for any sort of intimacy like hugging is going to take a small miracle. That’s why it’s a good thing that she is the type to go ahead and do it first and make excuses later. I love how she takes every opportunity to touch him even though she knows full well how much he hates it. Not that anyone can blame her – given a choice between slightly offending someone and having to deal with more ghosts, I’m surprised she hasn’t started stalking his home. All this time he has been pushing her away, but the preview clearly showed a change in his demeanor. He seems to have finally come to some sort of realization about her. For the first time as he held her in his arms, I think the truth was finally sinking in. That her fear is genuine and her belief that he is the only one who can keep her safe might just be for real.
Kdrama The Heirs (Inheritors) Episode 9 Recap here I’m impressed that they haven’t gone into live shooting yet and we’re still getting previews at the end of the week.I haven’t yet seen Episode 8 but based on the preview, it looks like business as usual. I’m a sucker for back hugs, though. And I love a male lead who is firm about who he loves and goes for it.

Due to the pressure exerted by Ahn Do Hoon and Se Yeon, Min Hyuk and Yoo Jeong seem to find themselves standing at the crossroads, having to decide what they should do next.
Because of the fact that Ahn Do Hoon has betrayed the K-Group enterprise, Min Hyuk decides to strike a deadly blow against the former.
Min Hyuk and Se Yeon’s scheduled wedding date is drawing closer.
So… I’m jumping on this bandwagon too. I just started watching it so I’m only on the second episode but I know there’s a pretty heated love triangle going on just as this preview indicates. I haven’t even met the baseball player yet so I have no opinion on him. I did skim through Episode 6 so I witnessed the kisses during their drinking game and not only did I see Trash’s reaction to it, saw Na Jung’s to Trash undressing in her presence so I have a good idea of where the feelings currently are.
This drama has turned out to be a welcome surprise. I’m not sure what I expected – violence, political maneuvering, and boring scenes with old men talking. I laughed through most of both episodes this week, I certainly wasn’t expecting this much humor. I’m already extremely attached to all 3 lead characters which probably won’t be good when it’s time to pick a ship.
Wang Yoo has figured out evil Wang Go’s plan. He’s hoping the Yuan Prince is killed in Goryeo which would result in war – with the blame being placed squarely on Wang Yoo. Goryeo would be destroyed, Wang Yoo tossed out on his ear and Wang Go would become King. Wang Yoo rides out to meet Ta Hwan to offer protection, which would keep Goryeo protected as well.
It wasn’t that I was avoiding putting up Kim Woo Bin‘s Campus 10 spreads. I’ve just been more invested in Kdrama news lately, which is why I have a growing backlog of celebrity pictorial posts.
Maybe because I’m used to his face now that to me, Kim Woo Bin is looking very good in these shots. The Heirs actor is modeling the fall and winter collection from fashion brand Buckaroo.
