The Kings Face Shows Off Teaser Video Featuring Seo In Guk and Shin Sung Rok

KBS Releases Intense Teaser Video for “The King’s Face” starring Seo In Guk and Shin Sung Rok

Recently, the production crew of KBS2’s upcoming drama “The King’s Face” has dropped the first teaser video, featuring Seo In Guk and Shin Sung Rok

The teaser shows most of the major stars who will be acting in the new series, all shown staring intensely at the camera. Appearing in the drama will be the likes of Lee Sung Jae, who will play the part of King Sunjo (a monarch who reigned from 1800-1834). Also starring in the series will be singer and actor Seo In Guk, who plays the role of a prince (Gwanghae) who harbors a dark secret. Other actors in the drama include Shin Sung Rok, currently starring in tvN‘s “Liar Game,” Jo Yoon Hee, and Kim Gyu Ri.

At the end of the narration for the teaser, Seo In Guk’s voice can be heard saying, “The king of the Joseon must have the face of a king.” A member of the series’ production team explained, “The face cannot tell a lie, so we chose to use close up shots [in the teaser] to show the characters’ true feelings.”

“The King’s Face” is a drama about the illegitimate prince Gwanghae (Seo In Guk), who manages to ascend to the throne following a bloody war. The story portrays the growth of Gwanghae, as well as the tragic three-way love story between one woman and Gwanghae and Sunjo, father and son.

“The King’s Face” will begin airing on November 19 at 9:50 p.m., taking over the time slot for “Blade Man.”

Lee Soo Hyuk is confirmed to join the cast of tvN's upcoming drama "High School King" along with Seo In Guk and Lee Ha Na.

He will play the role of Yoo Jin Woo, a director of Business Strategy Department. He's known as a workaholic man with a perfect visual who is a crush of all women employees at the office, but he has a cynical side due to the painful memory of his family. He will involve in a triangle love with Seo In Guk and Lee Ha Na characters for this drama.

"High School King" is scheduled to broadcast in June.

tvN“s new MondayTuesday drama “King of High School Life” revealed on April 14 that the leads will be played by Seo In Guk and Lee Hana!

According to the reps, Seo In Guk will be playing Lee Min Suk, an immature high school student and ice hockey player, who suddenly enters a major company as an executive in his brother”s stead. At the company, he meets Lee Hana”s character, Jung Soo Young, who is a female temp at the company with whom he forms a budding romance.

This will be his first time working with tvN again after his hit series ‘Reply 1997,’ making fans widely curious about whether they got another hit on their hands. ‘King of High School Life’ will be written byYang Hee Seung and Jo Sung Hee, who participated in the ‘High Kick‘ sitcom series.

It will start airing in June following “Witch”s Romance” so stay tuned!
